About the brand

Neurospicy & Co. started as something deeply personal. It began in those moments when my son was mid-meltdown in public and the stares, the tuts.. the whispers rolled in. When people expected him to talk back, make eye contact, or just “join in” like everyone else.

Spoiler alert: he didn’t.. and that’s perfectly fine.

I was tired of neurodivergent representation being watered down to puzzle pieces, infinity symbols, and generic cliche slogans, I wanted clothing that was “Trendy” and up to date with fashion, something that’s not even necessarily ‘‘in your face’ with what it’s about..

clothing that people will read, and then ask you about was the goal, to start conversations, to raise awareness.

What started as a way to make those moments a little easier has grown into something much bigger. Now, it’s a full reflection of our beautifully chaotic, wonderfully neurodivergent household.

We’re not here to blend in, we’re here to stand out. Every design is made with lived experience, a bit of sass, and a whole lot of heart.

Like so many families walking this neurodivergent road, we’ve had our fair share of challenges, side-eyes, and “helpful” comments from strangers. But we’ve also found so much joy, laughter, and strength in who we are.

The "& Co." is a little nod to my children, my inspiration, my heart, and the reason behind everything I create. But it’s also a reminder that the brand is now not just apparel. It is a movement, a safe space for connection, and a celebration of neurodiversity for children, parents, and the amazing advocate community that surrounds us, cheering each other on every day.

Whether you’re neurodivergent yourself, raising a spicy one, or just one of the good eggs who gets it.. you belong here. For the meltdowns and the milestones. The stim-joy and the sensory chaos. The appointments, the advocacy, and all the love in between.
